Because I had lived in my house for 20 years, and had far too much stuff, I did a search for people who buy houses outright. I wondered if it would be less stressful that way, but still give me a good price. That is how I met Nadir. We spoke for some time, andI was impressed with his knowledge, experience and most importantly, his honesty. He convinced me that not listing the house for sale would not be a good choice.
I hired him, and he provided suggestions on how to market the property for the best return. The pre-listing inspections proved to be money well-spent, as did updating the carpet, paint and other things throughout the house.
Nadir explained the listing process well, and encouraged me through some stressful weeks of packing, donating and discarding great accumulations of stuff, all while the contractors were there working. I hoped for a good result and a quick sale, but I truly did not know what to expect. Nadir was able to use his experience to react to last-minute changes in the market, and the end result was far beyond even my wildest imaginings. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had used the first broker I had talked to, things would have turned out much less successfully for me.

This is the fourth time we engaged Nadir. I told him, “hey Nadir, there is a reason I keep your info in my speed dial –– you always come through.” We decided to sell our house and I told Nadir, in late November that I wanted it sold as quickly as possible. When we started to look for a new home, we didn’t think it was going to be this difficult. But it turned out to be a challenge. After trying for a few months, we were introduced to Nadir through a friend. He listened our story, noted all of concerns and made careful notes. He then got very specific about what we needed. It only took him a few days to come up with three very good options. Turns out the one we wanted had some problem with it. Nadir showed the strength of his communication skills. He worked with the other broker for a few days and then everything came together. I recently bought my first home. I used Nadir to help me for this purchase. It was a short sale purchase and even though I don’t fully understand how the whole thing works, Nadir sure did.
